EUROPE’S BIG PLAYERIN TWO-WHEEL E-COMMERCE
Bike-Discount is among Europe’s leading online shops for bikes, accessories and apparel. Huge selection, strong prices and fast delivery delight thousands of cycling fans every day.

- Migration from Shopware 5 to 6
- Interface to DiVA and DiVA BC

MIGRATION& INTERFACES
Migrating Europe’s leading online bike shop from Shopware 5 to Shopware 6 was a major undertaking. With high order volumes and a powerful system landscape, huge datasets—products, orders and customer data—had to be moved reliably.
Rather than patching an old system, we built a brand-new shop that seamlessly reused all interfaces for payments, stock, ERP and other processes. A key challenge was keeping day-to-day operations running without interruption.
Through careful planning and delivery we produced a fast, scalable platform that meets Bike-Discount’s demanding requirements and supports long-term growth.

PERFORMANCE-TUNEDONLINE SHOP
The new Bike-Discount online shop carries around 6,000 orders a day and more than 100,000 products — staying stable and responsive even at peak load. We monitor server response times continuously with Tideways, so we catch bottlenecks before customers feel them. A conversion-focused design guides shoppers intuitively through checkout, and the responsive layout delivers a smooth experience on every device.
UI & UX DESIGNSPOT ON
The new shop pairs a modern, goal-driven look with clear navigation—for smooth, intuitive use.
