Automate processes, win back time

In many companies, a large share of working time goes into routine: sorting emails, answering the same questions, transferring data between systems. Today this can be automated – provided it is analyzed properly and implemented with error handling.

Which processes are suitable for automation

Good candidates occur frequently, follow clear rules and currently take a lot of manual work – such as recurring customer inquiries, data transfers between shop, CRM and ERP, or extracting data from documents.

Frequently asked questions

Your question isn't here? Ask us directly

Which processes should I automate first?
Ideally those that occur frequently, follow clear rules and are error-prone when people handle them manually. Typical examples are sorting recurring inquiries, transferring orders into an ERP or extracting data from incoming invoices.
Do I need AI for this, or is a workflow tool enough?
Many processes can be solved with classic workflows. AI becomes interesting as soon as unstructured content is involved – such as free-text emails, PDFs or forms with changing layouts. We often combine both: the workflow orchestrates, the language model understands.
What happens if the automation makes a mistake?
That is why we plan error handling from the start: unclear cases go to a person, every step is logged, and critical actions can be tied to an approval. That way it stays traceable what the automation has done.
Is this compatible with the GDPR?
That depends on which data is processed and where. We clarify this before implementation: which models and providers are an option, whether a self-hosted tool such as n8n makes sense and which contracts are needed. This does not replace legal advice.
How do I start without setting up a big project right away?
With a single, well-defined process, for example recurring inquiries in your inbox. The free guide with five AI workflows for SMEs in our practical guides gives you ideas. In the intro call we turn that into a concrete plan with effort and duration.
