We implemented a robust SAP connector that, together with middleware, enables seamless data exchange between shop, app and SAP.
The middleware acts as central control—syncing orders, product records and customer data in real time. Consolidated data structures simplify complex operations so systems interoperate cleanly. Middleware also enables seamless authentication so shoppers sign into the app with their store credentials.
That architecture safeguards consistency, performance and automation—making workflows leaner while minimising manual intervention—a scalable foundation built for the future.
