For decades Vosdellen GmbH received damage notices by phone, fax and especially email. Processing consumed enormous time, so in late 2021 we explored a straightforward digital tool—and delivered. Together we conceptualised, designed and built a hybrid app pairing a progressive web app with Play Store and iOS clients.
On desktop PWA, users land on a clear insurer selection page and then open the tailored damage form for each cover.
Mobile navigation keeps smartphone users oriented about what to enter and when; meaningful tooltips reinforce guidance throughout the app.

DIRECTCOMMUNICATION
Once the form is complete it can be submitted intuitively; routing sends each submission to the correct contact at Vosdellen GmbH.
Users may optionally add their email for a copy of the captured data—always handy to keep on file.
FOR EVERYDEVICE
Damage tends to happen without warning at the worst moments. Our hybrid app ensures optimised access from whichever device is at hand.
